Refund Policy for Farmhouse Stays

Introduction. This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for the cancellation and refund of stays booked at our agriturismo La Locanda del Cardinale. Our goal is to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests by efficiently resolving any issues related to bookings.

Booking Cancellation. Guests can cancel their booking following these guidelines:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: Full refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date: No refund of the deposit paid.

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other extraordinary situations, we will evaluate each case individually to determine refund eligibility.

Refund Request Procedure. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Necessary Information: Provide booking details, including the booking confirmation number, customer name, and stay dates.

Refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation confirmation. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the booking unless otherwise indicated.

No-Show. In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will be retained.

Booking Modifications. Any changes to the booking, such as date changes or stay duration, are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Please contact our customer service for further details and assistance.

Exceptions and Limitations.

  • Special offers, promotional packages, and last-minute bookings may be subject to different cancellation policies, specified at the time of booking.
  • No refunds are provided for additional services not used during the stay (e.g., excursions, prepaid meals in the restaurant).
